Too many books?
I have tons and tons of books that I have read and enjoyed. I am now ready to pass them onto someone else. I use www.paperbackswap.com to recycle my books. Give them a try!

What's the BZZZZZ?
Want to be a BZZ Agent? It's a really fun program. You get products to try -- and you talk about these products to your aquaintances and friends -- strangers too! It's fun.
Here's the link:

Have fun!

Missing Chicago
One of the things I miss the most about Chicago is the seasons. Here is AZ we go from warm to hot to really hot, with some rain sprinkled in. Our winter is about 5 days of dreary, cold (high 40's) weather. There's something about the first snowfall of the year -- something magical. But I fly to Chicago to see my mom quite a bit, and I'm always there for January 2nd. (Actually, Mom and I usually spend New Years Eve together.) I like it when I go there and it's really cold because then I can go outside and blow bubbles (the soap kind). They freeze and roll around on the ground. Again, it's magical.

Black Friday
I hate that it's called "Black Friday." I couldn't tell you why - just that it bugs me. But I do like the sales. I used to be a get-up-at-4-in-the-morning-and-stand-in-line kind of girl, but not anymore. Maybe it's my age, or maybe it's my wisdom. Sleep is not only nice, it's become a necessity. So now I'm a get-up-when-I-can-without-the-alarm-to-go-to-the-sales kind of girl. Of course that means that by the time I get anywhere, (today it was about 7:30) all of the good stuff is gone. Oh well. I still enjoy the feeling of the holidays.
